Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Job Location: West Covina, CA
Salary: $80K-$150K+ DOE
Requirements: JD, Litigation, Insurance Law, CA State Bar Admission
- Prepare legal reports and communicate with clients
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, discovery responses/demands, responses to Court Orders
- Appear in Court, handle arbitrations/mediations, trial preparation
- Serve as coverage counsel for a variety of companies regarding Cyber Tech, D&O, E&O, EPLI, General Liability, Contingency and Non-appearance, First Party Policies including A&H, Kidnap and Ransom, Property, among others
- JD from Accredited Law School
- 3+ years experience
- Admission & good standing with the California State Bar
- Familiarity with insurance policies (GL, D&O, E&O, etc.) and insurer requirements
