Title: Senior Tax Manager
Compenastion: $150k-$180k DOE + Bonus/Benefits
Based in Phoenix, we are a boutique accounting firm that specializing in providing proactive tax and financial services to construction companies and small to medium-sized businesses across the Southwestern United States. With over 60 years of combined experience, our team is committed to delivering exceptional client service through our innovative "Concierge Accounting" approach. This model includes unlimited 15-minute consultations and regular strategic meetings at no additional charge. Our unique approach and strong client retention has led to consistent growth. At this time, we are looking to hire an experienced Tax Manager to join our team.
What You'll do:
You will play a pivotal role in leading tax compliance and planning services for our diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop tax strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance while optimizing tax positions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment where innovation and client relationships are at the forefront.
